Karo Karapetyan

Karo Karapetyan is a trained attorney. He received his legal education during the Soviet Union period, graduating from the prestigious Saratov Law School in the Russian Federation, which was widely regarded as one of the leading and most rigorous legal institutions of its time. During his studies, he lived and was academically formed within the Russian legal environment, which provided him with a strong theoretical foundation and a structured, analytical approach to legal reasoning.

In the early stages of his professional career, Mr. Karapetyan worked within the governmental system of the Republic of Armenia, holding positions related to the investigative and prosecutorial framework, including serving as an investigator. During this period, he was involved in the examination of criminal and politically sensitive matters, conducting fact-finding, legal analysis, and investigative assessments.

At the same time, as an Armenian attorney, Mr. Karapetyan worked collaboratively with other lawyers in Armenia on cases involving individuals subjected to political persecution. His work included the review of politically motivated cases, collection and analysis of factual records, legal evaluation, and support in the development of defense strategies for politically persecuted individuals.

Mr. Karapetyan has also been actively involved in political and public life, engaging in political activity and policy-related work. He has authored and published numerous legal and political articles addressing issues of public administration, rule of law, human rights, and political processes.

After relocating to the United States, Mr. Karapetyan has worked in the field of U.S. Immigration Law for more than twenty years as an Immigration Case Manager. During this time, he has handled and contributed to the preparation and management of thousands of immigration cases, working under the direct supervision and professional guidance of licensed U.S. attorneys. His experience includes immigration case preparation, strategic case organization, client coordination, and effective management of complex legal processes, in full compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

At Justice For All, Mr. Karapetyan also serves as a Lead Legal Investigator in the firm’s Personal Injury practice. In this role, he is responsible for building the factual foundation of personal injury cases through accident reconstruction, evidence collection, in-depth witness interviews, and precise liability assessment.

Through his meticulous analytical approach and extensive experience working with facts and evidence, Mr. Karapetyan ensures that every personal injury case is supported by a strong, well-documented, and defensible factual record, with no critical detail overlooked.
