Rita Mahdessian

Attorney at Law | Founding Partner

Rita Mahdessian is the founding partner of Justice For All, A Professional Law Corporation, and a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of legal experience spanning immigration, civil litigation, and international legal matters. She is widely recognized for her unwavering advocacy on behalf of immigrants, families, and individuals seeking justice within complex legal systems.

Ms. Mahdessian received her legal education in the United Kingdom, where she completed an LL.B. (Honours) at the University of Reading, Berkshire, graduating in 1980. She subsequently earned a Master's degree in Business Law (MA) from the City University of London (1981–1982). In 1981, she was called to the Bar at Grays Inn, London, one of the historic Inns of Court, and became a Barrister-at-Law of England, reflecting elite legal training within the British legal tradition.

Karo Karapetyan

Case Manager | Legal Investigator

Karo Karapetyan is a trained attorney. He received his legal education during the Soviet Union period, graduating from the prestigious Saratov Law School in the Russian Federation, which was widely regarded as one of the leading and most rigorous legal institutions of its time.

After relocating to the United States, Mr. Karapetyan has worked in the field of U.S. Immigration Law for more than twenty years as an Immigration Case Manager. At Justice For All, he also serves as a Lead Legal Investigator in the firm's Personal Injury practice.
